Aaand I didn’t manage to do it yesterday but today is almost as good.

For the past year or so my passion for creating ‘content’ and sharing art online has dwindled significantly. I doodle a lot at work and I have fun creating outfits and characters but the need to share it with anyone almost disappeared.

(I still do a lot of art-adjacent activities at work because that’s what my job is, taking care of kids and having fun arting together so that will probably always be a part of my life).

To be honest, I stopped enjoying social media aspect of art a long time ago. I realize I am not a social creature, I am too shy to talk to others and advertise and then I feel crushed by the numbers. I feel much more free just keeping stuff in my sketchbooks and not caring about people liking it or not.

That being said recently I lost a lot of my sketchbooks as my neighbour flooded my living room and they got moldy almost immediately.

Still, what it means for this blog, my comic account, tapas and wherever else, there will probably be no new drawings, paintings or digital art anymore. My adventure with tumblr is over, ADDDOM might continue at some point if I actually write it properly but I wouldn’t keep my hopes up.

I am active on tw*tter for fandom news mostly. Still into Genshin Impact, Ensemble Stars and Project Sekai. I collect manga, figurines and fandom merch and I’m feeling pretty happy. Hope you also found a space where you can be yourself without pressure and judgement.

I had to get a new laptop and it means I lost a lot of files, including all my art, brushes, settings, drivers etc… From now on I am stuck with my ipad and traditional art - which are still my fave things to use for arting, but it’s going to be a little harder to scan or edit things.

I’m worried about my comic :(
